Come and enjoy the fall colors in Washington County and find a good book for yourself as well! The Washington County Historical Society is holding a two-day book sale on October 5th & 6th from noon to 4:00 PM at the Hay Lake School Museum in Scandia, MN. The sale is designed to coincide with the peak fall color schedule for the northern portion of Washington County.

If you would like to make a donation for the book sale we are accepting books, magazines, maps, journals and movies all throughout the month of September. Donations can be dropped off at the Hay Lake School Museum in Scandia on September weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) during the museum hours of 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, as well as at the Warden’s House in Stillwater, MN.
