Longtime resident of Bayport, MN.
Grew up in Afton, MN. Was active in the Bethlehem Lutheran Womens Group. She served on both the Bayport Library Board and the Croixdale Residence Board. Carol Jean was an avid Bridge player and gardener. Both she and Don were members of the Stillwater Country Club. She is survived by her husband of 65 years Don; children Brad (Jan), Cindy (Gary) Swager, & Kim (Kent) Farnham; grandchildren Christine, Matthew, Lauren, Ben, Heather (Mike), Dustin, Kassie (Scott) & Klay; great grandchildren Taylor & Sage. Funeral Service will be 11AM on Monday (12/30) at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 490 N. 4th St., Bayport, MN. Visitation 1 hour prior to service. Burial will be at Hazelwood Cemetery. Memorials preferred to the Alzheimer's Association. The family would like to send a special thank you to the staff of Comforts of Home in Hudson, WI.
