Driver Smashes Into Horse And Buggy In St. Croix County
The driver of a horse and buggy in northwest Wisconsin had to be transported by helicopter to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.

ST. CROIX COUNTY, WI — The driver of a horse and buggy in northwest Wisconsin had to be transported by helicopter to the hospital with life-threatening injuries after a driver smashed into his coach early Monday morning. According to the Wisconsin State Patrol, a gray 2014 Honda was driving north bound on Hwy 128 in St. Croix County in western Wisconsin when and struck the horse drawn buggy from behind at about 1:00 a.m. Monday.
All three people from the buggy were located, however one person was ejected from the coach and was found unconscious. A Life Link helicopter was requested to transport the 17-year-old girl who had been ejected.
