If you drive Hwy 36 regularly you amy have noticed a lot of construction work going If you drive along Hwy 36 very often you may be wondering what is going on at Valley Ridge. (Acapulco Mall). Well the long vacant space that in recent years has been the temporary Library while they renovated and the County recorders office while they remodeled and finally the Halloween shop a couple of years ago is getting a much more permanent tenant.
Office Max is relocating and "right sizing" for the market. Office Max has agreed to and signed a lease for just over 14,000 sq. ft. of the West side of Valley Ridge. Work started in September and is expected to be complete by mid December.
Not sure if any local or national tenants are looking at filling the old space, but that will come with time.
