Spring 2014 Parade of Homes Opens March 1st
The next Parade of Homes, presented by the Builders Association of the Twin Cities, will open touring March 1st, 2014. The tour, in its 66th year, once again welcomes area families looking for new homes, but also anyone interested in seeing the latest trends in home building. As the market has improved, builders are excited to offer new neighborhoods and new designs. 

What:  Spring Parade of Homessm  featuring 390 new homes
When:  March 1-30, 2014; Open noon to 6pm Thursdays through Sundays
Details:

  • Free Guidebooks available at Holiday Stationstores; and online at ParadeofHomes.org  beginning February 15, 2014
  • All the homes are free to tour with the exception of three Dream Homes which benefit the BATC Foundation. The three Dream Homes are:
    ~ #361, BohLand Homes, 18425 - 8th Avenue N., Plymouth at $2,200,000
    ~ #297, Hendel Homes, 17737 Maple Hill Rd., Woodland at $2,249,000
    ~ #282, TC Homebuilders, Inc., 5213 Dundee Road, Edina at $2,495,000
  • 170 Parade Homessm will also be featured on the Green Path Energy Tour in partnership with by Xcel Energy — with independent energy testing and a MN Green Path Home Performance Report (HPR) that provides easy to understand and compare energy information (like a new car’s Miles Per Gallon Sticker).
