Pony Community Activity Centers Open for All

Stillwater Area Public Schools has turned local schools into Pony Community Activity Centers for use by community members of all ages. As part of the school district’s Bridge to Excellence five-year strategic plan, efforts are being made to make district facilities more available to all local residents.

This fall and winter, the district has set aside weekly opportunities for members of the community to come out and be active in a variety of ways. Some of these events are sponsored by PowerUp and powered by Lakeview Health and will have additional games, activities, prizes and more. Best of all, the opportunity is being offered free of charge. Participants just need to register in advance online at stillwaterschools.org/PCAC. Registration will be available at the door, however a nominal fee will be charged and entry to some activities will be on a space available basis.
