Stillwater Man Charged for Making Terroristic Threats
The man allegedly sent a tweet with a photo of someone loading an envelope with white powder to an NBC Universal employee.

A Stillwater man has been charged for making terroristic threats via Twitter to an NBC Universal employee.
The Stillwater Gazette reported that David Allan Ness Jr., 49, faces three felony counts of terroristic threats, including threats involving real or simulated weapons of mass destruction.

On July 1, several tweets were sent to an NBC Universal employee, including one with a photo of someone loading an envelope with white powder. Other tweets said the following:
"Isis is the Egyptian great Mother Goddess, prototype of the faithful wife and fertility, and protective mother."
"We will need too blow up Rockefeller center too teach you not too say Isis."
"You gotta have the intestinal fortitude too slaughter a few hundred thousand women and (dragon emoji.)"
"Think agent orange style takers full of anthrax systematically sterilizing there califate."

Ness was later charged with one felony count of terroristic threats, one felony count of terroristic threats with explosives and one felony count of threats involving real or simulated weapons of mass destruction.
Ness could face up to eight years in prison and a fine of $113,000.
