Tips to get final fantasy 14 gil

Gil is the main currency used in Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn. It is used to buy all sorts of things from potions, to food, to armor, and much more. In fact, other players create some of the best weapons and armor in the game, which they can then sell to other players for gil. This is why it is incredibly important to have plenty of it if you want to get very far. You may be wondering how you can make more gil. Well, in this guide I will share with you a few tips and tricks to help you make more gil in Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn.
Questing for gilObviously doing quests is one way to earn gil. Not only do the quests themselves give gil, but when selecting your reward from a quest you can opt to get an item (Usually called tin or bronze pieces) that's only purpose is to be sold at a vendor for gil.
DungeonsDoing dungeons is another good way to earn some gil. You will get gil for doing the dungeon itself and you will also have a chance to get items from treasure chests in the dungeons that can sell for a lot of gil. Many of the creatures in dungeons will also drop items that you can sell for a good amount of gil on the market.
FATEsFull Active Time Events or 'FATEs' are a great source of income if you keep at it. They will start randomly in every zone in Eorzea and will often reward you with a good chunk of gil. Most can be completed in just a few minutes so it's often worth it to just run around a zone doing all the FATEs that happen to pop up.
Disciples of the HandDisciples of the Hand are the crafting classes in Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn. With these classes, you can craft a multitude of handy items and equipment that you can then sell to other players either in person or through the market. There are currently 8 different Disciples of the Hand to choose from: Carpenter, Blacksmith, Armorer, Goldsmith, Leatherworker, Weaver, Alchemist, and Culinarian. Each of these classes have their own unique advantages and all of them are good for making gil. Which one you choose is entirely up to you.
Disciples of the LandSimilar to how Disciples of the Hand are crafting classes, Disciples of the Land area Realm Reborn's gathering classes. As a Disciple of the Land, you will travel across Eorzea gathering materials that other players can use to craft items. These materials can fetch a mighty sum on the market and are a great way to make gil. Currently there are 3 Disciples of the Land to choose from: Miner, Botanist, and Fisher. You can pretty much guess from their names as to what they do; Miners mine for ore, Botanists gather herbs, wood, and other plants, and Fishers catch fish.
ConclusionAs you can see, there are many different ways you can make gil in Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn. If you keep at it with one or more of these methods, you will be sure to make plenty of gil. You can even combine them all to make a fortune.
