
Ruby Tuesday Community GiveBack Program offers organizations such as charities, non-profits, schools, churches, parks, and others, a way to earn money from our sales!
What are the SIMPLE Steps you ask? Well let me tell you:
- Get with the members of your organization and pick the date(s) when you would like to schedule a RT GiveBack Event. (Maximum of 3 consecutive days or 4 days within a month.)
- Complete the RT GiveBack application found at https://www.rubytuesdaygiveback.com. Federal IRS Letter of Determination for 501(c)(3) Charities & W9 for all others such as churchs, schools, parks, etc. are both acceptable tax documentation.
- After receiving the confirmation email, we will contact you in 5-7 business days. If your application is approved, we provide a custom event flyer for you to distribute. When guests dining on the specified dates present the flyer, your organization recieves 20% of the sales from their check.*
- Withibn 21 days from the last day of the event, Ruby Tuesday will send a check to your organization for 20% of all sales totaled by guests presenting the GiveBack flyer.*
