We have openings for several KEY roles and would love your donation of time. Just a few extra hours a week, and you can make a big difference. Openings are:
-Secretary ( BOARD position,very important -attend meetings, take minutes, distribute minutes to the group post meeting, ensure rules of order are followed)

-Button Committee Chair (FUN sales role - handle all aspects of buttons/coupon cards, sell coupons for the attached coupon card to local businesses)
-Door Prize Coordinator (REWARDING opportunity - solicit Door Prize donations from local businesses, no selling!)

-Fundraising Coordinator (DEVELOPMENT role - solicit sponsors from local businesses. Sponsors provide 98% of our funds).
The planning committee meets once a month, on the 2nd Wednesday, from 7 -9pm in the Rec Center Gallery Room. We do meet twice in May before the event in June.
