November 21, 2011— Schrader & Companies is the proud Honorable Mention Recipient of the 2011 award for outstanding achievement in the Residential Interior Under $150,000 remodeling category at the fifteenth annual Contractor of the Year (COTY) Awards ceremony on November 18th.
Schrader & Companies won this award for their Wayzata full basement remodeling project which included a Home Theater, Family Room, Wet Bar, Library, Exercise Room, & Bathroom.
A celebration of the best in Twin Cities residential remodeling, the COTY Awards affords an opportunity for the Minnesota remodeling industry to acknowledge the year’s accomplishments and to recognize individual successes. Hosted by the Minnesota chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI), this year’s festivities drew more than 230 guests to the McNamara Alumni Center in Minneapolis.
With scores based on photo submissions and project descriptions, the contestants were judged by a panel of 25 remodeling professionals from the NARI of Milwaukee chapter. Competing with many applicants in various categories, Schrader & Companies is honored to be identified as a leader among this distinguished group of remodeling firms.
NARI is a not-for-profit trade association committed to promoting the interests of its members within the remodeling industry, and acting as a resource to remodel-ready homeowners. The only national association dedicated solely to the remodeling industry, NARI acts as an industry spokes group.
