Thanksgiving Leftovers

 With a little bit of Executive Chef Sue Erickson's culinary ingenuity and great recipes, home cooks can revitalize day-old leftovers. Sue prepares Stuffing Bites with Cranberry Sauce, Turkey & Sweet Potato Hash and Turkey Potpie with Corn Bread Crust.

All cooking classes are $15 per person. At the completion of each class, participants receive a $10 coupon for the culinary and gift basket shops at Byerly's in St. Louis Park.

Advance registration is required online or by visiting the Lunds and Byerly's Catering reception desk at Byerly's in St. Louis Park. You can register multiple participants in a single order.
