Hennepin County Attorney Defers Charges In High School Sex Case
Due to the "complexity of the case," prosecutors said they deferred the charges in order to allow time for further investigation.
The Hennepin County Attorney’s Office Friday deferred charges against a 42-year-old man who was arrested on suspicion of having sex with an adult student inside Champlin Park High School.
The county attorney’s office received an extension to 4 p.m. Friday for making a decision on whether to charge the man with a felony, according to a news release.
