Spring squads from St. Louis Park and Benilde-St. Margaret's carried on this week despite wintry conditions that settled in on Tuesday.

Will Hoesley leads the Red Knights with 17 goals on 23 shots, with Christian Horn logging nine goals with a team-high seven assists through three games. Thomas Gilligan has made 18 saves on 23 shots so far this spring.

St. Louis Park Softball: South 9, Orioles 8
The St. Louis Park softball team fell to 1-3 on the season after a 9-8 non-conference loss at Minneapolis South on Monday afternoon.
Bria Evans leads the Orioles with a .750 batting average and five runs batted in, while Sammi Lensaa has totalled 11 bases and carries a .600 batting average after four games with four runs batted in.
St. Louis Park, 1-2 in the North Suburban Conference, is scheduled to host Robbinsdale Cooper at 4:30 p.m. Thursday at Aquila Park.

Connor Shandley leads the Orioles with 16 goals on the season as the team has outscored its four opponents by a combined 59-20 so far this season. Max Bergeron has nine goals and Art Elmer eight scores in the same span.
St. Louis Park travels to White Bear Lake for a 6:30 p.m. match-up on Wednesday at Louricas Field.
