It's a hallowed eve for many creative souls in St. Louis Park

City residents have embraced the spirit of Halloween with artistic fervor.

"My husband loves bones," says Ketrah Schreifels of the Browndale Neighborhood. "They are all over our house. And he especially loves them as yard art."
