Hair boutiques are aplenty in St. Louis Park, but here is our list of five great hair salons in town that are a cut above the rest. And while they may do it at almost triple the cost, they do it well.</li> </ul>   <ul> <li>: Tucked inside an inconspicuous two story building, 4400 (as in 4400 Excelsior Blvd) has a modern salon space that mirrors the fashionable hair styles its customers leave with.</li> </ul>   <ul> <li>: Kevin Zent's hair shop is about as local as it gets. His one small room is perfect for his stock of repeat and referred customers. Located next to Good News For Israel on Minnetonka Boulevard.</li> </ul>   <ul> <li>: Less a hair salon and more an old-fashioned barber shop. Gossip is free and haircuts are quite affordable. Stop by and get your cut from some of the nicest folks in town. </li> </ul>   <ul> <li>: This West End hair salon focuses exclusively on men's hair styles. Need that mustache tuned up?
