Minneapolis — KRE Prime, an Edina-based adaptive brand, is putting a practical twist on one of fashion’s most versatile and often impractical, staples. KRE Prime is an adaptive brand focused on style, accessibility and innovative design. The jumpsuit includes one base pant and two interchangeable tops, allowing wearers to create multiple looks from a single set. Each piece can be worn separately or connected with a discreet zipper to form a full jumpsuit. Grady said the inspiration came from personal experience. Although she appreciated the clean, minimal look of jumpsuits, she found them difficult to wear in everyday situations. “I wanted something that felt effortless but also worked with the way people actually live,” she said. “It needed to be beautiful, but also practical.” That balance extends to accessibility. The design allows the bottom portion to be removed without taking off the top, offering a more flexible and comfortable option for people with a range of mobility needs. Made from structured stretch fabric using recycled materials, the jumpsuit is designed to hold its shape while remaining comfortable enough for all-day wear. It is intended to transition easily from work to evening. Although KRE Prime operates as a digital-first brand, its roots are local. Grady, who launched the company in part to honor her late sister, said she wanted to create clothing that feels inclusive, thoughtful, and easy to wear. The Darchei Noam congregation celebrated groundbreaking on a new $1 million synagogue this past Sunday, gathering at noon with city and church leaders near the facility's eventual location, located at the corner of Minnetonka and Joppa avenues.   Since forming with approximately 30 families in 2007, the Orthodox Jewish congregation has grown to include more than 65 families. After renting a basement space from St. George's Episcopal Church for the past four years, leaders of Darchei Noam finally decided the congregation needed a home to call its own. Among those in attendance at the ceremony were St. Louis Park City Council members Susan Sanger, Jake Spano and Steve Hallfin, along with Rabbi Joseph Ozarowski, Darchei Noam President Judy Shapiro and Stephen Silberfarb, CEO of the Minneapolis Jewish Federation. Leaders of Darchei Noam expect the congregation will move into the new synagogue sometime in early 2013.
