St. Louis Park Football Suffers Lopsided Loss

Hopkins outgained the Orioles 417 to 122 as Andre McDonald wreaked havoc on the St. Louis Park defense.

The football team lost a lopsided 52-0 matchup against Hopkins on Thursday at home.

Hopkins found the end zone early and often. Using offensive weapons in quarterback JT Den Hartog and wide receiver Andre McDonald, the Royals quickly jumped out to a 14-0 lead in the first quarter. By halftime, that lead had surged to 42-0.

After halftime, the Royals added 10 more points and held the Orioles offense in check. Max Arko's bobbling catch for a large gain was the offensive highlight for the Orioles in the second half, but that drive ended in a Hopkins interception by John Myles.
