St. Louis Park Legion Baseball Falls to Edina
The Railcats scored five runs late, but it wasn't enough.
Edina had the bats going Tuesday night against St. Louis Park at . Scoring runs in almost all seven innings, they sailed past the Railcats, 12-5. Edina pitcher James Dean threw for all seven innings earning the win.
St. Louis Park scored all of its runs in the final two innings, but it was too little too late, as Dean struck out the final batter to close out the game.
Up next for the Railcats is a Wednesday road game against Eden Prairie. First pitch is scheduled for 5:30 p.m.
