Wabasha Riverboat Days Car Show (minnesotaparent.com) — Mark your calendar for July 25, when West Main Street in downtown Wabasha fills with 1989-and-older classics, live music, and hometown fun for the 5th Annual Riverboat Days Car Show. Entry fees—and discounted entries with tool donations—help support the Wabasha-Kellogg High School shop class, with custom trophies crafted locally by Lark Toys.
   

2. 48th Annual Wabasha Riverboat Days Grand Parade (minnesotaparent.com) — Downtown Wabasha will come alive the evening of July 25 with the 48th Annual Riverboat Days Grand Parade, presented by the Wabasha Rotary Club. Expect colorful floats, music, community groups, and live announcing from Pure Country WPVW as families line the streets to celebrate small-town pride.
   

3. National Eagle Center on Mississippi River marks America 250 (spectrumnews1.com) — Wabasha’s National Eagle Center is using special July 4th exhibits and live ambassador eagles to celebrate America’s 250th year along the Mississippi riverfront. Visitors can get an unusually close look at rehabilitated bald eagles while learning how the species nearly vanished twice and then rebounded through nationwide conservation efforts.
   

4. Corn belt initiative focuses on Winona port, four other ports in MN and WI (winonaradio.com) — Wabasha’s Mississippi River port is now part of the new Northern Corn Belt Ports initiative, joining Red Wing, Winona, La Crosse, and Prairie du Chien. The group aims to coordinate regional priorities and attract more multimodal infrastructure investment, which could strengthen agricultural shipping and related economic activity tied to Wabasha’s riverfront.
