The notice explains required state licenses, payment methods, and alternative district offices across Wisconsin, Iowa, and Illinois for those using other parts of the refuge.
• Minnesota State considers overhaul amid structural deficits (kttc.com) — Winona residents connected to Winona State University should know Minnesota State's chancellor is warning of structural deficits that could lead to administrative restructuring, job reductions, and even campus mergers or closures. While no specific plan for Winona institutions exists yet, a preliminary proposal is expected in January, with chances for public input before any decisions are made.
