Former Woodbury Principal Sentenced For School Theft

A former Woodbury principal was ordered to do community service and to pay restitution after admitting to stealing from the school.

WOODBURY, MN — A former Woodbury high school principal was ordered to do 240 hours of community service and to pay $7,500 in restitution after admitting to stealing money from the school he led. Aaron Harper, 42, of Cottage Grove, resigned from East Ridge High School in 2014 following allegations that he misused thousands of South Washington County Schools dollars.

Harper will be on probation for five years, WCCO reported.
