Valley Creek Road Closed After Water Main Break
The closure could last until morning rush hour, officials said.

WOODBURY, MN — Xcel Energy contractors struck a water main on Valley Creek Road and repairs could last until Tuesday morning, officials said. Crews are upgrading natural gas lines along the road and on Monday, a boring machine struck a water main at Valley Creek Road and Queens Drive.
City crews shut off the water supply and are working to repair the damage. While repairs are being made, Washington County has closed westbound Valley Creek Road between Bielenberg Drive and Valley Creek Plaza.
Crews will work through the night to complete the repairs, with an estimated time of completion of 3 a.m. However, the closure could last into the morning rush hour, officials said.
