• Corinth Theatre-Arts Eviction Stands After Appeal Fails (alcornnewsms.com) — Corinth's longtime community theater group has lost its court appeal and been evicted from the city-owned playhouse on South Fulton Drive, which is now locked and posted with no-trespassing signs. City officials have not publicly detailed the complaints that led to the move, and Corinth Theatre-Arts has yet to announce where it will stage future productions, even as other local venues remain available. 
• Ripley Public Library Hiring Part-Time Library Clerk (tippahnews.com) — Job seekers in and around Corinth may be interested that the Northeast Regional Library system, headquartered in Corinth, is hiring a part-time library clerk for its Ripley branch. Applicants must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or GED, be comfortable with computers, and be available some Saturdays, with applications accepted at any branch, online, by email, or by mail to Corinth.
