  1. The Jackson Police Department is searching for an armed robbery suspect. The incident occurred at a business located at 6351 Interstate 55 South on Monday afternoon. The department is asking anyone with information related to the armed robbery to contact Crime Stoppers. (WJTV)

  3. Two people are dead after a murder-suicide in Jackson. According to Deputy Chief Deric Hearn, the man and woman died in the 5800 block of Ridgewood Road at the Crossings Apartments on Monday. The victim has been identified as Patrice Harley, 31; the suspect was Harley's 37-year-old boyfriend Markell Felder. (WLBT)
