• Charlotte Jane Horton Coggins, 93 (nemiss.news) — Saltillo residents are saying goodbye to 93-year-old Charlotte Jane Horton Coggins, a longtime caregiver and beloved member of Saltillo Methodist Church, with visitation and a celebration of life this afternoon at the church on Old Highway 45. Known as “Miss Charlotte” behind the post office, she cared for many local children, cherished her growing family, and was active in her church community.
