Ernes "Rip" Patton, a Freedom Rider, will be the keynote speaker at “Seeking Our Past, Creating Our Future,” from 8:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m. at Christ Church Cathedral.
Sunday, Patton will lead an adult forum on the church’s present and future role in the civil rights movement at 9 a.m., be the preacher at the Cathedral’s 10 a.m. service, and be the honored guest at a “Chew n’ Chat” at noon.
