Bill, among many positions, is a former Chairman of the MoDOT Highway Transportation Commission. He is a spokesperson for the MO Transportation Alliance that wants to obtain funding for MoDOT. MoDOT funding level is dropping to a level below the amount needed to simply maintain the roads at their current level.
