• Arnold man killed when Hyundai strikes tree north of Poplar Bluff (kttn.com) — An Arnold man was killed Friday evening when his Hyundai Elantra left southbound Highway 67 and hit a tree about three miles north of Poplar Bluff, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol. He was pronounced dead at the scene, marking Troop E's 49th traffic fatality of 2026, and troopers confirmed he had been wearing a seat belt.
