Repairman Fails At Fixing Brakes, Crashes Car

Here are a few of the crimes that occurred May 14 and 15 in the City of Arnold.

May 15
A person reported someone had taken soe items from her unlocked vehicle. Those items include a Garman brand Global Positioning System, and headphones valued at $350.00 in Savannah Court.A Cedar Hill man was arrested for DWI after he was stopped for a traffic violation near I-55 and Richardson Rd. He later submitted to a breath test resulting in a .161 percent BAC. He was booked, then was released to a sober driver. DWI Occ: I-55 / Richardson Rd.
May 14
A subject working on repairing vehicle brakes test drove it, at which time the brakes failed and he rear-ended a parked vehicle. He then reversed directions and drove into the building at Crosswinds causing substantial damage.
