• Car thefts targeting older Kia and Hyundai models resurface in west St. Louis County (firstalert4.com) — A string of thefts targeting older Kia and Hyundai models has resurfaced at the Retreat at Seven Trails Apartments in Ballwin, where several cars were damaged and one was stolen and later recovered. Ballwin police say apartment complexes are being hit across west St. Louis County and are coordinating with nearby departments while urging residents to take extra precautions with vulnerable models.
