• DNR alleges mobile home park's sewage lagoon polluted waterway (myleaderpaper.com) — Residents of Byrnes Mill Farms mobile home park are dealing with a sewage lagoon that state inspectors say polluted a tributary of the Big River and violated Missouri clean water rules. The park’s owner has now installed new aerators and is under pressure from regulators while Jefferson County’s sewer district works on a project that could eventually connect the park to the public sewer system.
