• Oklahoma Elite Cranford takes Day 1 lead in wind-blown Grand Lake Open (anglerschannel.com) — Camdenton anglers Jonathan Pimentel and Andy Newcomb both turned in solid Day 1 limits at the wind-whipped Bassmaster Open on Grand Lake in Oklahoma, with Pimentel sitting high in the standings. The tournament, running through Saturday, features nearly 200 pros battling heavy winds, falling water and tight weights for a coveted 2027 Bassmaster Classic berth.
