Parkway Central Comes Out Blazing in Homecoming Victory
Central running back Alan Gasanli rushes for a career-high 254 yards and five touchdowns in the Colts' 57-27 win over U. City.

Parkway Central jumped out to a 29-0 first-half lead, and rode the wave of that big advantage to a 57-27 Homecoming night win over the University City Lions in a Suburban South Conference game Friday night at PCH Stadium.
Senior running back Alan Gasanli had the night of his life carrying the ball for the Colts.
The 5-foot-9, 160-pound speedster finished the night with 254 yards on 21 carries and five touchdowns, including scoring jaunts of 2, 8, 70, 29, and 30 yards in Central’s fourth straight win to start the season.
University City quarterback DeAndre Williams also had a big night, rushing for 113 yards and a touchdown, and passing for 255 yards and three touchdowns in the Lions’ losing effort.
