• Update on grand entry for Downtown Chesterfield (westnewsmagazine.com) — Chesterfield residents are invited to a Sept. 24 open house at City Hall to weigh in on a proposed "grand entry" linking Downtown Chesterfield and Central Park. Two design options, ranging from $5.1 to $7.9 million plus a possible $5 million bridge over Chesterfield Parkway, would reshape the 3.9-acre site into a signature public space. 
• TRIVIUM Unleash New Single 'Dead Inside Of Me' (metaladdicts.com) — Chesterfield metal fans can mark Nov. 25 for TRIVIUM's North American tour stop at The Factory at The District, part of a stacked bill with several heavy bands. The show coincides with the group's new single "Dead Inside Of Me," teasing a forthcoming album and bringing a nationally known act right into the city's growing live music hub.
• French metal band Gojira to play benefit concert for Operation Food Search (kmov.com) — A benefit concert by French metal band Gojira in Midtown St. Louis is helping Operation Food Search after the band spent time rehearsing at Gateway Studios in Chesterfield. Their quick sellout show will funnel all proceeds to support local families facing food insecurity, turning the group's time in Chesterfield into a meaningful boost for the region.
