• Slowing traffic blamed for rear-end collision, resulting in settlement for injured driver (molawyersmedia.com) — A St. Louis County driver received a $250,000 insurance settlement after being rear-ended while slowing for traffic on I-170 in Clayton, near South Brentwood Boulevard. The confidential March agreement combined the other driver's liability coverage and her own underinsured motorist coverage, following months of chiropractic treatment and the possibility of future surgery.
