• Owensville firefighters respond to farmhouse engulfed in flames (krcgtv.com) — Firefighters from Owensville and the Gerald-Rosebud Fire Protection District teamed up Wednesday morning to battle a fully engulfed abandoned farmhouse on Hog Trough Road. Crews mounted a defensive attack, brought the blaze under control within an hour, and stayed for overhaul, with no injuries reported and the cause still under investigation.
