• Record crowd on opening day at StateoftheOzarks Farmers Market (bransonglobe.com) — Hollister residents can now visit the rebranded StateoftheOzarks Farmers Market, which just saw a record opening-day crowd and 17 vendors after years as the Hollister Farmers Market. The market runs Wednesdays and Saturdays May through October at Vintage Paris Coffee, with a Saturday-only Food & Craft market expected to continue through the winter months.
   

• Library launches summer reading program for all ages (bransonglobe.com) — Families in the Hollister and Branson school districts can join the Library Center of the Ozarks’ free Summer Reading Challenge starting June 1, with prizes and special programs for all ages. Residents in the library district, including Hollister, are urged to sign up for a no-cost library card to access books, events, and activities aimed at preventing summer learning loss.
