The KCMO Health Department has opened three clinics to provide eligible residents with the newly approved COVID booster shots.
The added layer of protection has been approved for three groups of people: Age 65 and older

Age 16-64 with underlying health conditions
Those who work in high-risk jobs You can get your booster shot six months after your second dose, and these booster shots are only for people who received the Pfizer vaccination. You can get your COVID booster and your annual flu shot at the same time at these clinics. First and second doses of the COVID vaccine are also available.
What you’ll need: Proof of earlier COVID vaccinations
Insurance isn’t required, but if you have insurance, please bring your information so the health department may be reimbursed for the administration fee. You won’t be charged this fee If you have questions about the booster or need help scheduling an appointment, please call 816-513-1313 Monday-Friday from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. And remember that walk-ins are always welcomed and encouraged.
