Deadline For KC Home Repair, Paint Programs Application Extended To Sept. 25

These programs are offered at no cost to low and moderate income households within the city.

Because of the tremendous response to the program, the city’s Neighborhoods and Housing Services Department has extended the application deadline for the City Home Repair, Targeted Home Repair and Paint Program to Friday, Sept. 25. These programs are offered at no cost to low and moderate income households within the City of Kansas City, Missouri.

Applicants must be single-family KCMO homeowners who have not received city home repair services in the last five years (no rental properties, mobile homes, duplexes, etc.) and must meet 2020 Income Guidelines established by the United Stated Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). More information and application forms can be found on the city’s website: kcmo.gov.
