FICO to Host Credit Score Education Conference for Kansas City

“Score A Better Future,” the national event series led by FICO, the leading credit scoring company, is coming to Kansas City, MO in a new, interactive conference format on Tuesday, June 30 from 12:00-1:15pm CDT.

The event series offers attendees the opportunity to learn the key ingredients that are impacting their FICO Score, gain insight into the most influential score factors, and walk away with a roadmap for their future which includes free 1-on-1 counseling with accredited credit counselors.

Congressman Emanual Cleaver will be a special guest at the event to talk about the importance of financial education for the community. Jackson Winsett, assistant Vice President of Community Affairs and Community Affairs Officer at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City will also be joining to provide a few remarks.

Additionally, FICO has partnered with Operation HOPE to provide attendees with the opportunity to make appointments for free one-on-one credit coaching from non-profit financial well-being coaches to help attendees develop a plan to address their financial goals.
