Pleasant Hill Resident Surprised with Scholarship to WGU Missouri
Stephanie Gipfert was awarded a $2,000 scholarship to the nonprofit, competency-based university
Pleasant Hill resident Stephanie Gipfert was recently surprised with a $2,000 WGU Missouri Women in Leadership Scholarship. The scholarship is awarded to women who are ready to ramp up their careers, break through that glass ceiling and share what they have to offer the workplace.
Gipfert, a teacher at Truman High School, was officially presented with the scholarship check on Nov. 1. Gipfert is pursuing a Master of Arts in English Language Learning (PreK-12) from WGU Missouri.
