Raytown Resident Surprised with $2000 Scholarship to WGU Missouri

Starla Myers, of Raytown, was recently awarded a $2,000 scholarship to WGU Missouri. Myers is employed by Raytown Quality Schools and is pursuing a Master of Arts in Mathematics Education at WGU Missouri.
