The City of Richmond Heights will hold its annual citywide festival, CELEBRATE Richmond Heights, on Saturday, September 8, 2012. The free fun festival will commence at 4 p.m. on the grounds of THE HEIGHTS: Richmond Heights Community Center and Memorial Library, 8001 Dale Ave. in Richmond Heights.
Everyone from Richmond Heights and surrounding communities are encouraged to enjoy the free evening of fun.
