I am so "SUPRISED," at the negative statments made about the Maplewood Village Apts! I remember how management allowed me the oppurtunity to move in.  I was afraid and concerned about the integrity and honesty of the management, when I first moved in, and over the years there have been changes and restructure of policies and proceedure for tenants and management, that provided security and stability within the complex structure. It's no wonder that certain people have negative feelings about the complex because their motives are not honest ones.
The changes in management were positive ones because structure was implemented and enforced, and "NO BUSINESS WOULD SURVIVE WITHOUT IT," and with these changes, I have seen positive results that I am enjoying because of them. I invite all that are seeking housing to come and see what living at this apartment can offer, such as grocery store, resturaunts, service stations car repair services all conveniently located in the community within walking distance for most.Â
