“This is undoubtedly our most popular event of the year,” said Rita Tintera, executive director for the Center for Hearing & Speech.  “It’s a chance for us all to appreciate the impact that hearing and speech have in our lives, because being able to communicate is something no one should take for granted.”

The Center for Hearing & Speech is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that reduces the impact of communication disorders on the health and well-being of individuals in the St. Louis area. The Center’s primary goal is to identify, treat and prevent communication disorders by providing audiology and speech/language services to infants, children and adults, regardless of whether they have the insurance and/or financial resources to afford these services.
