Tails of the Night

Celebrate Missouri’s Nocturnal Animals at “Tails of the Night”, a wholesome alternative to the traditional Halloween celebration!

On October 27, the Wildlife Rescue Center will host Tails of the Night, a fundraiser in celebration of Missouri’s Nocturnal Animals.  Children wear their wild attire, walk the nature trail on a moonlight adventure among storytellers and critters of the night, and enjoy roasting marshmallows at a fireside gathering.

Children will tour the center and collect wholesome treats to take home, from organic apples and lollipops, to rice crispy treats, Annie’s cookies, and chocolate benefiting endangered species!  All snacks are from Whole Foods Market®, as they are the exclusive sponsor of this fun and healthy Halloween alternative event. “Whole Foods Market is proud to support the Wildlife Rescue Center’s mission to assist and preserve our native wildlife,” states Marcia Whelan, Marketing & Community Relations Specialist, Whole Foods Market – Town & Country.
