Those repairs began at 6 a.m. Wednesday. MSD told Fox 2 that Manchester should remain open during the repairs but the curbside lane of northbound Hanley Road will be closed during the work.

David Wrone, a spokesman for the St. Louis County Department of Highways and Traffic, told the St. Louis Post-Dispatch that MSD workers will determine the extent of the damage and whether repairs will require more extensive closures.
