The Community Shred It Day will be taking place from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturday, May 19th in two locations.
With a donation of $5 a box, people can have any personal documents shredded by a high speed cross cut shredder. The shredded material will then be recycled in an effort to go green and protect the environment.
The proceeds of the donations will benefit the Delta Gamma Center for Children with Visual Impairments. The Delta Gamma Center has been providing education, therapy and family support services to children with visual impairments and their families for over 60 years.
