Slow Food St. Louis and the Schlafly Bottleworks present SLOWednesday after the Maplewood Farmers' Market. Each month a different farmer from the market will speak about their farm, giving you the opportunity to get to know your food.
Biver Farms will be featured at SLOWednesday on September 14. Biver Farms was developed to create a sustainable means of self-sufficiency, providing food to local farmers markets.
